A safe path to help
Our Get Help pathway is designed for someone who may be at risk, on a shared device, or afraid. It minimises the data you must reveal and offers a Quick exit at all times.
Accurate, reviewed information
All health information is reviewed by a clinical advisor before publication, and referral listings are verified — because inaccurate information can cause harm.
Respect and dignity
We use person-first, non-stigmatizing language and dignified, consented imagery. Stories are published only with recorded consent.
